Weekly Meal Plan

Every thing in life needs a good amount of planning if you want to ensure zero stress and confusion. Home-Making is no exception. In fact this job requires more planning than any other job on earth!

The major part of the home-making is cooking. Just imagine how important it is because in a way we home makers are responsible for maintaining the diet of the entire family through cooking. So needless to say that this job of course requires a lot of skills like planning and time management.

Imagine waking up in the morning with no planning done and heading towards the kitchen and then trying to figure out what needs to be done for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is so awkward and it can stress the home-maker out. It also in a way reflects how unprepared she is as a home-maker. Who wants to be in that awkward zone? So the only way out to stay away from such awkward situation is to stay well planned in advance.

So, take the help of meal planning in such situations.

All you need to do is plan it out on a planner or a piece of paper.

Firstly sit down with your family and ask their preferences and then jot down a list based on that. Bifurcate the items as breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Plan it for all the days of the week. So, once this list is ready, you can short list the grocery and vegetables to be ordered. Ideally do this exercise on a Friday night so that you will have all the items by Saturday, which you can sort out and store in the fridge and pantry. Also keep the meal plan handy, somewhere in the kitchen preferably for quick references.

Sounds good and sorted out?

I have an entire series of what i cooked for a week, posted on my channel. Please go check it out and hopefully you feel motivated.
